Where are my WhatsApp images saved on the Galaxy Express 2, and why don't they show in Gallery?
WhatsApp stores received pictures in Internal Storage > Android > media > com.whatsapp > WhatsApp > Media > WhatsApp Images (older builds use a WhatsApp folder in the root of Internal Storage). If Gallery isn't showing them, open My Files and browse to that folder to confirm the files are there, then restart the phone so the media scanner re-indexes them. Choose how to download

Open WhatsApp
Launch WhatsApp from your home screen or app drawer and accept the Terms of Service to start setup.

Verify your phone number
Enter your phone number. If your Samsung Galaxy Express 2 uses dual SIM, pick the line you want WhatsApp tied to, then enter the 6-digit code it sends by SMS — it usually fills in automatically.

Restore chats and finish setup
