Can the Galaxy A5 (2015) still run WhatsApp in 2026?
Yes, but only just. The A5 runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, which matches WhatsApp's current Android 6.0 minimum. It works today, but it is on the lowest supported version and will likely be dropped at the next minimum bump.
